The cover
girl rider is Jim 'stem' Thomson during a test ride at the
'kerengge hill' Section 8 Lake Loop, Shah Alam.
Photo taken in 2008. At that time, the trailbuilders managed to built at least 5km of mountain biking trail before being hijacked by a capitalist i.e.
ikan keli project owner.
The trail is now abandoned. You can check out full photos of trail day sessions, dry run etc at the now defunct
old website.
Back then, there were only two major rides in the mountain biking scene, the grand daddy of jamboree, Kayuh 'Laksa' Penang and the grandmother, The Pcc Prez.

And todate, the scene is overwhelmed, beyond our imagination. As some says, "..its like in Belgium, every week in week out, there will be an event of cycling!" ..and we were glad!
